I for one really liked the ending and the game overall. I’m not saying what Lono said is wrong, I guess you can see it like that. But Bioshock Infinite for me was a game which really made me think about what I had just played and not just consume. Also I do agree that leaving a story open for interpretation seems like the storywriters did a bad job but only if there’s too much room for interpretation and Bioshock Infinite actually doesn’t leave THAT much room for interpretation. If you listen carefully to the voxophones and pay attention to the dialogue between the characters, there remain only a few valid theories which you can agree with or not. Still, I wish there would have been even more explanation in the actual game so I would not have needed to read through various forums and message boards to put the pieces together and also what I didn’t like about the ending is how the pace picked up all of a sudden in the last 10 minutes to conclude the game. But overall, I think it’s a great game, yet somewhat overrated.

Far and away the best show you guys have done since you got back. Those last 12 minutes. Damn! I don’t have words to describe them. Podcasting at this level I have never seen before and may never seen again. I had my daughter listen to those last 12 minutes and she wanted to marry you both. My Dog ran out the door after hearing those last 12 minutes of episodes 9 looking for you guys knowing they you were his new master. I played the last 12 minutes to people at Wal’Mart and they stood up straighter, there teeth deyellowed, there cut off shirts grew sleeves, and there children stopped trying to kill other with knives. Truely remarkable.

All joking aside I do enjoy the show and keep up the good work

I *just* got around listening to this episode. If we’re talking about games with emotional attachment, ‘Half-Life 2: Episode 2′. The finale of that reduced me to tears, and even before it had done so the nature of the dialogue of the characters had me so on edge. I felt the terror and despair that the characters were feeling, and felt pretty overwhelmed.

‘Bastion’ is also a great example. It’s not really something that you’re going to burst into tears to, but it *definitely* hits you at an emotional level, especially the finale. ‘Beyond Good and Evil’, which I’m playing through at the moment, has done it a bit, and I’ve heard that ‘Shadow of the Colossus’ is one of the most affective games of all time.

I think you can still do it through the zune software if you still have it, but ever since Zune became Xbox Music, there has been no way to submit podcasts. Microsoft pretty much killed them.

Heard on I think show 4 you where looking to change your iPhone maybe? There is no way to transfer apps, but google Music let’s you bring 20,000 songs and store them on the cloud so you can stream them or download them to your phone. just download the google music program to your machine, let it run and then it will be set up with your gmail which is connected to your phone.

Now apps? There’s no way to transfer those, but I do know that some of the apps that you pay for in iOS are free in Android.

Sorry I’m kinda late to the party but welcome back guys. I just heard the show was back on, yes, shame on me. loving the live on location theme to the podcast.

About smartglass, I’m running it on my S3 and it’s super fast, granted that it takes like 5-10 seconds to boot the app and about 3-5 after that to connected to my gamertag, but it’s technically fast. Now, I didn’t download SGlass from the play store, I got the .APK file from XDA devs so maybe that might have something to do with it. all in all, good show and welcome back.

I’m assuming you are referring to the people that conduct interviews. These people have to look presentable on camera. I don’t care how knowledgeable a person is about their job, if you are ugly you have less of a chance. This is a sad fact. Women are still a minority in gaming, but that is changing fast.
I hate unrealistic female characters.

I’ve been ranting about the whole BS gamer girl thing for a while. I’m so glad so see someone shares my opinion. I hate seeing big gaming sites like IGN acting like they’re so pro women and acting all indignant whenever a female character in a game has big tits and a small waist but then you look at their staff and see the men are fat nerds and the women look like wannabe models that didnt quite make the cut. what does an IGN interview look like for women 1. lick this psp and 2 put on this slutty cat woman costume? It does bother me to see that at least on the video/editorial side of gaming looks seem to matter more than actual gaming knowledge. or maybe i’m wrong and there are no fat unattractive nerdgirls(yeah right)
